 Lori Le Mare is an artist who is proficient in the craft of decorative painting. This encompasses such areas as murals, trompe l'oeil, restoration, marbling, woodgraining, stone, gilding, polished plaster, painted furniture, painted ornament and wall glazing.
Lori designs and decorates finishes for private clients in her Toronto studio, where she also has been teaching decorative painting since 1988. For an annual working holiday, she guides students on a mural painting course/holiday in Tuscany. Lori has taught and worked in Canada, the United States, China, France and Italy.
She has appeared and helped produce numerous videos for Ritins Studio and Modern Masters. Lori acts as a consultant to Modern Masters in developing their decorative paint line of products.
