 Rick Fischer, owner of Deco Illusions, specializes in custom and decorative finishes for both residential and commercial clients. He creates an extensive line of finishes which include; Decorative Concrete, European Old World textured finishes, contemporary and historical glazing, color washes, custom stencils, metal effects, woodgraining and marbling on interior and exterior surfaces and furniture.
When he first started Deco Illusions over 15 years ago he specialized in custom automotive painting and design. His interests then expanded into the field of decorative faux painting. It was with this experience that he realized his passion for this field and the potential for opportunity. Since that time he has been taking numerous classes and seminars throughout the country and has worked with several big names in this industry. He has been featured in a number of magazines such as "Business People" and "The Faux Finisher" and recently in national concrete magazines. He also teaches decorative finish classes at the annual SALI convention and has worked in numerous trade shows.
