Rental Terms
• Lists are furnished for direct mail only. No phone calls or follow up of any kind is permitted.
• 1,000 records minimum order. 5,000 records minimum order for 20% broker discount.
• Lists ordered from multiple publications can be merged together to reach minimum.
• All lists are rented for a one-time use unless multi-use arrangements are made prior to release or use of list.
• Lists will only be shipped on disk or via email to a recognized mail house or service bureau.
• A sample mail piece is required for pre-approval.
• Usage agreements must be signed by both the list user and the mail house/service bureau.
• All lists are seeded with decoy names to protect against unauthorized use; violations subject to severe monetary penalties.
• No list furnished by NBM may be used by anyone other than the confidential use of the original list user.
• Phone numbers, fax numbers or email addresses are not available.
• NBM reserves the right to refuse or stop any order at any time.
Rates
* The base rate is $250/1000. This includes selections from business categories, job function and by state.
* Secondary selections are available from each publication at an additional $20/1000 per selection. Each publication has different secondary selections.
* Non-US selections at $20/1000.
* Zip code selections at $20/1000.
* SCF selections at $20/1000.
* Merge/purge processing of your list with ours, prior to renting, for an additional $40/1000 - your quantity or a $100.00 minimum.
* Key codes can be inserted upon request at $20/1000.
Payment
• All broker/agency orders require prepayment.
• Business or personal check, as well as MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express credit cards are accepted.
• Payment for total quantity ordered required.
• No credit will be given to dupes from other non-NBM lists. Mailing to multi-buys at a later date are permitted, only when NBM is supplied with a list of companies and the date they will be mailed to.
• Credit in the form of future rentals or payment, will be given for bad addresses with hard copy proof.
Commisions
• 20% base rate commission is extended to all recognized list brokers/agencies on lists of 5,000 records or more.
• Discounts apply to base rates only and will not be applied to secondary selections and other services.
Formats
• Email Transfer: No additional charge.
• Diskette: Sent 2nd day UPS, no additional charge.
• All lists, unless otherwise specified, are produced in Zip code sequence.
Cancellations
• There is no charge for orders cancelled prior to shipping. Once the list is released from NBM, full payment is required.
