Support Coordinator:

We are currently looking for a proactive, organized professional to join us in an admin/sales support/CRM data role. This is a great opportunity for a well-organized person who enjoys handling a wide variety of job responsibilities (multi-tasking is a must for this position) including interacting with advertisers via phone and email on a regular basis.

This position assists the publisher and sales staff to coordinate ad materials, work with advertising clients to ensure on-time and high-quality media placements, maintain contact and billing information, and a wide assortment of other duties.

Also assisting in maintenance and development of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM database is part of this position.

The right candidate has initiative and handles projects with little supervision while working under strict deadlines.

Successful candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with great attention to detail and a solid understanding of the Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel and Outlook).

Experience and aptitude with a CRM system and/or business intelligence software is an advantage.

Understanding of publishing, advertising and/or sales support is a plus.
